This year's Divisional Call Change Competition was held in beautiful Thakeham, attracting an excellent turnout of 12 teams. Generously judged by Lee Pinnington the winner was Steyning. We struggled in 7th with our B team coming 2nd in the novice category. An extravagant buffet ran throughout the afternoon, which despite constant attention did not appear to diminish in size

5th April 2008

More than forty ringers visited the four towers located within our local Deanery: Bosham, Westbourne, Stoughton and Funtington. A thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all and the large number of learners benefitted greatly from the chance to have a go on different rings. This was followed by a splendid buffet at Funtington

Joan King has retired as tower secretary after many years tireless service. Her successor, Mandy Rodgers, presented Joan with an appreciative memento following her final report to the PCC. We look forward to still seeing her in the tower whenever possible
